The Redfords

The Redfords have been a trusted and regular feature at Cooling Castle Barn since 2006, working seamlessly with the venue for over 20 years.

Booking The Redfords means more than just a live band—you’re choosing a professional, family-run group dedicated to creating the perfect soundtrack for your wedding day. Our three 45-minute live sets cover music for all decades, and we are masters of creating a party atmosphere for all ages, with the experience to prove it.

Our talented male and female lead singers and musicians cover it all, ensuring everyone finds something they love—Pop, Rock, Indie, Disco, Funk, Jazz, and R&B/Soul/Motown. Spanning the decades from the 50s to today, you’ll hear all your favourites: Rihanna to The Beatles, The Killers to Spice Girls, ABBA to Blink-182, Lizzo to A-ha, Queen to Mumford & Sons, and so much more.

We love adding personal touches too—performing your first dance live and offering a free song request service for special moments like the father-daughter dance.

For your ceremony and drinks reception, our acoustic duo delivers beautiful, stripped-back versions of your favourite songs, adding a heartfelt and intimate atmosphere to these moments.

We also include a professional photographer to capture all the energy on the dance floor, plus optional extras like party hats, props, and light-up LOVE letters to make your celebration even more memorable.
