We want food and drink to feel generous, thoughtful, and easy to understand from the outset.
Everything you eat is prepared in our own kitchen, and everything you drink comes from our well-stocked, reasonably priced bar, with our team on hand to serve you throughout the day.
Our Wedding Breakfast
Our approach is simple: fresh, handcrafted meals with no processed ingredients and nothing reheated or pre-plated. Wherever we can make something ourselves, we do.
Our bread, pasta, ice cream, soups, sauces, puddings, canapés and truffles are all made on the premises, and previous couples regularly tell us our food is restaurant quality.
You choose the menu, and your guests then choose what they fancy from it, with our team always happy to work with you in relation to allergens and dietary needs. Please note, we only have one kitchen, so we cannot segregate our preparation to accommodate allergies.

Drinks & Bar
Our bar is well stocked and reasonably priced, with draught beer from around £6.00, a gin and tonic at £6.40, and a glass of prosecco at £6.50.
We’re licensed to serve until 11pm Sunday to Thursday, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, so there’s plenty of time to keep celebrating.
Drinks brought from outside the venue cannot be consumed on site.
Supper Nights
If it’s included in your package, you’ll be invited to a supper evening before your wedding, where our chefs present a curated tasting menu inspired by the season.
It’s a lovely opportunity to sample our food, see more of the venue, and meet the team and trusted suppliers who’ll help bring your day to life.
All menus can be adapted for dietary requirements. Please let us know of any allergies or intolerances.
Wedding Venue In Kent - FAQs
Can we use an external caterer?
No. All our food is cooked fresh on site by our own chefs, and food safety rules mean we can’t allow external caterers or food brought in from outside. The one exception is your wedding cake, which you’re welcome to order from the cake maker of your choice. Please talk to us early about any cultural, religious or medical food needs.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
No. All drinks are provided by us, and we don’t offer corkage. If you have a particular drink in mind, we’ll do our best to get it for you for an extra charge.
Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes. Our kitchen is experienced and fully equipped to manage allergies and dietary needs, including vegetarian and vegan diets. If anyone in your party has a severe allergy, please tell us before you sign your contract, so we can advise you and put the right precautions in place. We can’t guarantee to remove an allergen completely from the venue.
Can we have a menu tasting?
Yes. Traditional, Informal Day and Festival couples are invited to a Supper Night. It’s a relaxed evening with other couples, where our chef serves a tasting menu showing the style of our food, and you’ll meet our front-of-house team. Our chef chooses the the menu. Supper Night isn’t included with Twilight.
Can our guests choose their meal?
Yes, at no extra cost. For a Traditional wedding breakfast, you choose two starters, three main courses (including a vegetarian option) and two desserts from our menu. Guests choose in advance, and we also have a children’s menu. Please write each guest’s choice on their place card.
Is there a bar?
Yes. We have a well-stocked, staffed bar with very reasonable prices. It opens when your first guests arrive, and last orders are 20 minutes before your finish time. We take cash and card, and you’re welcome to set up a tab for your guests.
