Breakfast is included in every room price, served as a full English in the Heritage Barn between 8:30am and 9:30am, and it is complimentary for children staying in family rooms.
The Master Suite, for the Two of You
As part of your wedding package, you’ll spend your wedding night in our master suite; a sitting room filling with home comforts for a late-night catch-up with close family, and a bedroom upstairs with a comfortable sleigh bed and a freestanding double-ended bath, ready for you to enjoy some well-earned quiet time together.
Practical Information
- Check-in from 1pm on the day of arrival, please let us know if you’ll arrive after 5pm.
- Check-out by 10am on the day of departure.
- Family rooms sleep two adults and up to two children ages 12 and under (plus a child under two in a travel cot).
- One bedroom offers accessible facilities; ground floor rooms are also available for easier access.
- No smoking in any bedroom, and no pets other than registered guide or assistance dogs.
- Cancellation should be made direction with our reservations office; refunds are not available within 30 days of the stay.
How to Book Guest Bedrooms
Guest bedrooms can be booked directly through our online booking engine, and can be reserved separately from your wedding package by anyone attending your day.

How do our guests book bedrooms?
There are two options:
- Reserve all 15 rooms when you book, from £2,250 including breakfast. You then decide who stays in them. The cost is split into two equal payments, taken with your 6-month and 3-month payments. Booking individually may cost your guests more, and reserving all the rooms keeps the whole site for your group.
- Your guests book their own rooms. Ten months before your wedding, we’ll send you booking codes to share with your guests. They then have a four-month priority period to book rooms online, paying in full when they book. After that, any rooms that haven’t been booked are released for public booking. Room prices may change, so booking early is best.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included and served in the Heritage Barn from 8.30am to 9.30am
What time are check-in and check-out?
Guest check-in is from 1pm, and some rooms can be ready earlier. Guest check-out is by 10am. Your Master Suite is yours until 11am, and cars left overnight must be collected by 11am.
Do you have accessible or family rooms?
Yes. We have an accessible bedroom, and family rooms with cots available. Please speak to us about any access needs, and we’ll help you allocate the most suitable rooms.
What happens if we need to cancel a room booking?
Is our room included?
Yes. Your wedding night in the Master Suite in the Moat House is included in every package. It’s a large suite over two floors, with a sitting room and an elegant staircase, plus a bath, luxury toiletries and a glass of bubbly or two. It’s yours from after your ceremony until 11am the next morning.
