80 day guests for the wedding breakfast & up to 150 for the evening reception.

Before your wedding:

Firstly, our lovely Wedding Coordinators,  are available all week to help if needed or to sit on the sidelines until you want help. They will also give you a really useful wedding guide and access to our bespoke interactive wedding planner website. 

We will also invite you to one of our fab supper nights we’ll tempt you with our lovely food and you can try out our house wines. 

The long and the short of it is we will be there every step of the way.

In the Barn:

All the obvious furniture, Table linen, Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware. Cake stand, and Knife, Table Plan and Easel and Menu’s. Our vertical beams are wrapped in Fairy Lights.

The Moat House:

In the morning you get to use your very own pamper suite aka the Dressing Room. We will serve you breakfast, bubbles and elevenses. In the afternoon you can nip off and put your feet up in your very own Sitting Room and when its time for bed you can pop back with the family for coffee before you retire to our sumptuous Master Suite.

Eating:

Our kitchen will cook a fabulous three course meal for you. Six months before your wedding date we will send you our new seasonal menu so that you can choose the meals that you want to offer to your guests. They can then make their own choice from your selection. 

There are loads of choices for the evening buffet and these are also updated and changed with the seasons.

Drinking:

After your ceremony you can choose a pre-dinner drink to be served in the Heritage Barn or in the Garden. With Dinner there is a wide range of house wines to select from or an extensive list if you fancy an alternative. We allow half a bottle per person. On top of that each guest will be served a glass of Sparkling Wine ready for the speeches.

And everything else …

Firstly, when you arrive you will be greeted and looked after in the Moat House by a member of our super-duper team. Our own DJ who will get everyone on their feet, and a toastmaster who will do the same. And after all that you get a fabulous bed for the night and breakfast in the morning.
